Here's a link that might be useful to those that model the Frisco as well as anything else, for that matter. It's on the Kalmbach Publishing website: http://index.mrmag.com/ The good thing about it is that it includes references to other modeling magazines besides Kalmbach products. To find articles on the Frisco, look at the left sidebar for Search..For Roadname. On the next screen type in "SLSF" in the reporting marks search. It came up with 211 hits for me. Of course that's the easy part, the hard part is finding the actual magazines themselves. But if you find an article that you are particularly interested in, you can be on the lookout for that magazine at libraries, swap meets, online auctions, etc. Rich Lawler
Rich, I haven't looked at the list, but based on most indexes, the Kalmbach Library at NMRA headquarters should be able to provide a copy of the article. Maybe even a copy of the magazine from donated collections. One mustn't be a member to get service, but remember that they don't have a big staff waiting for calls/letters.

Here's a link: http://www.nmra.org/ You are correct in that they will photocopy articles for you and sell you a specific magazine if it is available. Here's a list of the periodicals that they have on file: http://www.nmra.org/library/periodicals.html Although the list is extensive, one that isn't there is the Railway Prototype Cyclopedia. I have a couple of copies of that magazine; the articles in it are meticulously researched, and many relate to the Frisco. Rich
