Over the years, Paul Dolkos had taken many railroad photographs, photographed many layouts, and written many articles about railroading and model railroading, including about the Frisco. If my memory is correct this included the Clinton Sub. Paul was a good friend, an avid operator and excellent modeller. I was privileged to have made his acquaintance and have operated with him. He will be missed by all he met.

From the time that Paul began to break into print, I quickly learned to read any article I ran across with his name on it. He was a very good modeler and had good philosophies for approaching model railroading.

This a shame another talented modeler to leave us,but at least there has been left a fitting legacy of his for future generations to enjoy and learn from...

And yes ther was an article of his on the Clinton sub in the 2008 MR Model Railroad Planning mag, which i had only referenced a couple of days back,it's also the reason for my renewed interest in the Frisco too...!!
