Hook-up wire...

    What gauge/brand etc. of single element (strand) would be best for running between power pack and track? I'm DC only, no DCC and I don't want any more of that fuzzy, whiskery multi-strand wire.

    What scale are you modeling? I use 22 gauge telephone wires on my N scale layout. Make sure you have a complete loop when you hook up the wires. That will double the amount of current available to your track.
