Hi Christy! I first began to be taught railroading (train service and other aspects) by the fine chaps at the Frisco in Fort Smith back beginning about 1970. I was with many crews and remember some names. Hopefully when you provide the name of your grand father, I will recognize the name and may have some anecdotes concerning him. Also, one of the Frisco fella's that helped me learn railroading from back in those days is still a friend that I stay in touch with often.
