Coupler Conversions Does anybody have any pointers on converting IHC passenger cars from truck mounted - to - body mounted couplers, and have the spacing prototypical?

From the Walthers website, it looks like you need part # 369-110: http://www.walthers.com/exec/search?manu=369&split=30 I want to body mount couplers for my Con-Cor Frisco cars, so I need 369-115, but I haven't gotten around to it yet--the cars are going to take quite a bit of work.
