Seeking information on an accident, derailment or other incident that resulted in the early, premature retirement during the 1960s of three Frisco GP7s. The company’s only other, and fourth, model GP7 retired in the 1960s was SLSF 622. This unit was a freight service only unit. It was damaged in an accident at a currently unknown location on an unknown date. This unit was retired during 10/1968. It was used as trade in credit to EMD and scrapped.
