This post does not really have any particular point, just my musings.

I have been looking at some of the Frisco Archive photographs and just wanted to say, the 4500s were so cool!

No other railroad had neater graphics than the METEOR "shooting star" and the Frisco Fast Freight "wing."

Just browsing through the Frisco Archive photographs.

    I agree 100%.

I think the Frisco took greater pride in their locomotives than most railroads.

    Tom,

If you feel like changing scales Brass Trains has a couple HO scale Glacier Park Models (GPM) 4500 listed!

Edit 3/16/2024: Added link to Glacier Park Models web site for their Frisco 4-8-4 model.

I just might go for it if I could shrink them to N-scale.
