Thank you Karl, It was most certainly diner lounge SLSF 1602, 1607, 1610, or 1611. One of those diner lounges with the grill in the rear. It was end of train every time we rode on it and I guess we were just standing in the vestibule. My memory wants me to believe it was an observation platform, but shoot, I was twelve and fourteen. Great times to remember. Now I know what to look for should I model the Frisco. Thanks for your research and willingness. Cary
I work with the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum (HODRRM) here in Calera, Alabama. We own the Buffet Lounge SLSF 1603 "Glendale". I would love to have a copy of the equipment roster book for the Frisco if that is what you guys are posting drawings from. What book are you guys posting the floor plans from? We also own the Frisco coach SLSF 1062. This car is in service on our museum railroad currently Does anyone have the drawing for the coach SLSF 1062 that they could send me? Jeff
