Can someone please tell me if there are meetings or shows or where I might be able to sell 1966 Frisco wall calendars? I have many of them for sale, but they're so large I don't know how I would be able to ship them. I thought I might be able to sell them at some sort of Frisco trade show. Also, how can I find out what these are worth? It seems like several years ago I saw some on eBay for about $20 apiece.

Welcome to the forum. What state do you live in? Try some local train shows, or the Frisco convention that is upcoming (presuming we still have it)

Thanks for the reply Ethan! I live near Springfield, MO. My grandpa was the station agent at the Marionville depot. How do I find out the dates of the shows and convention?

  4. Dates of conventions will be posted on here on various threads. Is wall calendars all that you have?, Because renting a book at those shows will cost alittle money. Big mailing tubes should work for those. I have a couple of the big wall calendars in my room and one of them was shipped to me in a tube. On the price of the calendars I got mine this year, and I did pay $3.00 for one and $7.00 for the other. It might just be easier to offer them on here and maybe on ebay.

I figured you lived in the Marionville over by Springfield (I live by Lamar, which is north of Joplin.) You missed the spring show for both Joplin and Springfield. The next one I can think of is the one over in Pittsburg, KS. I will be there, I'm a member of the club that puts it on. If you want to sell there I can get you info about tables. But I would say the easiest way to sell your calenders is on here or through ebay.
