    Judging from the ladders, this is the first run that came out unpainted in the 1990s. The second run of unpainted cabooses had better ladders but the last run (third run) of painted Overland Frisco cabooses were the closest to prototype and best to date.

    These things can be repainted easy enough but the starting price is almost what you can get a brand new, accurate 2011 model (fourth run) coming out from Overland in June. To me this thing is way over priced. I can't agree with the lister that this is professionally painted. I think that is a gross misrepresentation of the facts.

    Worked for SLSF 1972 -1980 never saw a cab like this. Will admit it looks nice looking.

    For $225 I think I'll pass. By the way, you do know the definition of B.R.A.S.S. don't you?
