my thinking is that the worm gear is loose or to tight if it is a "open frame" motor if it is to tight put a "washer" that is 0.010 thick NWSL...
With regards to the SLSF 1630 model from Bachmann, it is correct except for the air compressor witch is mounted on the side, not the front of it....
For GP7 and RS-1 I believe that the new Centralia Car Shops CE-1 caboose is appropriate for Frisco. And for the steam locomotive the wood...
i agree with you on the Athearn blue box, i have been collecting athearn since i was 7 years old and i wish they would do the "blue box" kits back
