Looks like Ashdown, AR, judging by the small betal building and what I can see of the station sign. That, plus GP15-1s were all over the Central Division. Good shot!
Note the antenna next to the building. I recall one of these adjacent to the old Chaffee depot in the late 1970s. I'd assume it was a radio antenna of some sort; at any rate, I think it's an interesting detail that I've only seen toward the end of Frisco independence, and one that would seemingly be easy to model.
