Mr. Howard Killam reported the depot existed in the early 1980s when he photographed it then. Sadly all that was left today is the platform and a grassy right-of-way. Do you know when the Latham and Atlanta depots were torn down?
While I was tracing the line for MSTS, I too went through Latham and Atlanta from Beaumont headed to Winfield. It is sad to know that they are not there anymore, but thanks to the photographs, I can accurately reproduce the depots. I am talking to the widow of one of the engineers that worked the line. Plenty of information there.
