I'm nowhere near a subject matter expert for this division/locale, but I did look through some of my system-wide info...

"Official List of Officers, Stations, Agents, Etc. of the SL-SF Rwy. Co." from 5-1-1926 shows Graydon Springs as Station D-166, Eastern Division-Clinton Subdivision. No agent listed; there is also no station # for freight accounting purposes, and no telegraph call. It's only listed as a local ticket station (no freight station).

It also appears there were two 30' x 31' stock pens - two-car capacity, but no water, hay, etc. available.

Fast-forward to 5-28-1967 and Eastern Division employee timetable no. 47, and Graydon Springs is not even listed on the Clinton Sub (neither in the station columns nor in "Tracks and Stations Not Shown in Train Columns).

    I hope this helps!

  3. Attached below are digital photos of the "completion report" and associated blueprints from the 1949 removal of the Graydon Springs siding. From Missouri State U. archives/special collections. The second photo, showing the north end of the siding, is very blurry, probably because my hand moved while taking the picture. Perhaps it will still be useful.
