    St. Louis-San Francisco Railway depot, Fall River, Kansas

    This photograph shows a group of people standing in front of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company depot in Fall River, Kansas.

    This one-story wooden structure burned to the ground in February 1907.

    Edit 3/20/2024: In this image the depot appears to be in the process of being moved and placed on a new concrete block foundation.

    Note the depot appears to be in two separate pieces, divided just beyond the agent / operator bay window.

    Also note the cross bracing added in the separated baggage express freight room section.
