    Predecessor Companies-
    1) KCM&B 1 - Kansas City, Memphis & Birmingham RR (1)
    2) KCM&B 2 - Kansas City, Memphis & Birmingham RR (2)

    Notes-
    1) Connects with Memphis Terminal Division at Capleville, TN.
    2) CTC approved 11/7/1952 Memphis to Amory 109.2 miles.
    3) Shelby Main placed in service 5/12/1998. Signaled main line allows trains to bypass Tennessee Yard at 40 MPH instead of restricted speed.
    4) Connects with Birmingham Subdivision, Southern Division at Amory, MS.
    5) Southern Division office building construction approved by Frisco directors 2/1/1952 for offices of Division Superintendent, the Master Mechanic and Division Engineer who were then transferred from Memphis, TN to Amory, MS.
    6) Maybe somebody with more knowledge of the area could fill in the sidings & interchanges.
