Yes, after a nice run since its reopening, StLUS needs an infusion of fresh capital and fresh enthusiasm right now. Tough times for that. I think the hotel is doing well, but not the mall It will get a boost in traffic this March, however, as both the Missouri Valley "Arch Madness" tournament and the NCAA Regional tournament will be here (at the "Scotty" and the "Ed", respectively).
