I have been looking for information on a loads in loads out for the region around Hardy. I was debating the Pocahontas branch being a part of this and I know in the time frame I am looking at ( 1900 to 1920 still nailing it down)I can say anything and everything in a boxcar.But I would like region specifics for that time frame. I know rice moving out would be big, cotton as well.Other grain but how about timber? I have seen tons of small sawmills in the region so why not right? Any info would be great. I am looking for alot of this on line from historical societies of the region.I want to model Thayer,Mammoth Spring Hardy IMboden and then run the branch up to Pocahontas. I think I can pull this off in my space. Thanks in advance for the help!
