Lake Springfield Bridge A 247.6 - Renewal 1975 During the winter of 1975-1976, many of the Ozark Branch bridges were renewed. Here is a shot of a bridge crane/pile driver driving new a piling on the north approach of the Lake Springfield Bridge. Note the completed bents that are under the bridge crane. These now have concrete caps.
