This body style is not 100% accurate, but is pretty close and as close as it's going to get n N scale without actually buying a factory painted REA car. Of course, even then, manufacturers sometimes compromise. Anyway, not sure who made this car but it was a Renkens car from Brooklyn. It came out all right, though those board panels can make things really difficult on decals. Originally the brake wheel stuck WAAAY out so I fixed that a bit, too. it had factory express trucks with Rapidos so I chopped those off the trucks and added body mounted couplers.

Another fine looking car Daniel, you might watch that coupler height tho, that wont stay coupled very long at those differences. But a great looking car all the same.

I'm not sure if it's the car or the steamer. The other coupler looks fine and it's the exact same. But yes, I thought the same thing. Surprisingly, it hasn't uncoupled once running around the layout, but I don't have any gradients.

Might want to invest in a coupler height gauge from Kadee.
