Oct 2022 ask permission to use Strombeck photos

16 OCT 2022 RE: Inquiry about using photos on Frisco website.
On Sep 12, I had attempted to enroll in/query the Frisco Archive as follows; do not find receiving a reply.
I am the editor of the monthly newsletter of the Arkansas−Boston Mountains Chapter NRHS. Wish to contact George Strombeck to inquire if he owns the rights to two photos on his site and if so, permission to use them in the newsletter and possibly an article that the Springfield-Greene County Library had proposed for an historical journal.
