    Since I moved to Muskogee 3 years ago, I've had the privilege of operating on quite a few layouts in the Tulsa area (and I'm a semi-regular on the Claremore & Southern in Claremore, OK). On my own home layout, I like to keep operations simple, since I mostly model one-train-at-a-time lines. Thus, I have switch lists that I have used, since even the real railroaders don't carry bundles of car cars when working ;)

    However, I've done CC&WB operating, and can see how this would work, especially on large layouts.
