If you want to see Frisco passenger trains on commercial video, there is a title from Herron Rail Video called "Glory Machines Vol. 5: Kansas City, St. Louis" etc. Two other videos are from Green Frog. One is called "St. Louis Sojourn." That one has MP, N&W (former Wabash), Frisco, GM&O, more or less whatever went into St. Louis Union Station in 1966. The other is "Passenger Trains of the '60s: The Trains of Birmingham," which has a LOT of Frisco, although the trains themselves look pretty crappy.

    Katy
    T&P
    Cotton Belt

Out of Frisco territory:Colorado Midland. That would get me thrown out of the family though. My grandmother´s step-father was a brakeman on the old South Park Line in the 1890s when under UP control. He moved to Denison and hired out on the Katy. An uncle also broke out of Denison for the Katy. My grandmother´s first job was working in the Houston & Texas Central´s Denison depot before SP asorbed it. I hired out on the Cotton Belt in Dallas after a three year hitch with the US Army Transportation Corps and ended up on the Santa Fe in Dallas after getting cut off the SSW extra board in Ft. Worth.

I am now retired. I was tired yesterday and am tired again today.
