Iron Spike Model Train Museum: Caboose Restoration

Greetings all! We joined this group because we are getting ourselves organized to restore Frisco Caboose #1415. As you can see, it's a little rough around the edges. But we're proud of the trucks, which we did first. We are looking for any and all suggestions on how to proceed. What products to use, where to find the decals, what colors are the "right" ones, tips from those who have walked this path already, or those who worked on these originally. Of course we welcome financial support too. We are offering window sponsorships at $200 each. Once restored a brass plaque with your selected inscription will be installed.
