Did the Frisco have standard plans for coal chutes?

If yes, are they available anywhere?

I am mostly interested in the 14 apron gravity chute.

    Thanks!

    Timothy,

To the best of my knowledge, the Frisco contracted out the construction of most coal chutes to companies like Fairbanks Morse, etc.

I have not located any plans.

How were these types of chutes loaded/filled?

There has to be a plan somewhere out there, Tim.

Are you looking for information on the old "gravity" chute at Chaffee, prior to the 1930s concrete tower?

While not a plan per se, it seems like I've seen that one listed on earlier Sanborn maps?

    Best Regards,
