Today I decided to go downtown and get some pictures of the old right of that ran through downtown PB. The photos are of where the tracks crossed vine street. The first photo is looking north towards the “the tunnel” as my grandpa calls it and, the second is looking south towards the depot. If you look at the bottom of the second image you’ll notice the tracks across the street are still there. Another fun note is the all the buildings you see were there before the railroad was. So you can almost imagine a Frisco Rs-1 rumbling through those narrow alleyways.
