Working with Employee Timetables this week reminded me of a question that has puzzled me for a while. The oldest ETT's that I've seen all included Special Instructions usually called "Special Rules". This practice seems to have ended in the early 1930's for a period of 10 to 15 years and then they reappear. I know that Missouri Pacific did something similar at about the same time. In their case they issued what they called Special Instructions booklets (Supplementary to the Uniform Code of Operating Rules). Did the Frisco have anything similar in the 1930's and 1940's? If so does anyone have one? John
