This year is the 150 year anniversary of the founding of Vinita, Oklahoma and it got me thinking back to 1971 and the centennial week events. I recall the Frisco had a wooden caboose parked there with various vintage items on display. Did the Frisco have a dedicated caboose for such events or was this a one off deal.
