Check of Cars - Form CT-191 - Revised July 1960

Discussion in 'Forms & Documents' started by ozarkcentrallines, Oct 12, 2018.

  1. I recently acquired a stack of 'Check of Cars', form CT-191, Revised July 1960.

It is about the size of the Frisco switch list (narrow form). While I can notice a few differences as to the information at the top, the form does seem very similar in function to the switch list.

Does anyone have any information as to how this form was used?

Can you scan it or take a picture of it and post the image? I believe is was used to identify/verify cars on a yard track. I believe the CT-73 Revised Jan 1980 took its place.

  3. I apologize for taking so long to scan and upload the image.

Hope someone has info on how this form was used.

I scanned it next to a copy of the Switch List/Form C.T. 73 to see the difference in the two forms.

The Check of Cars form CT-191 would have been used to make a list of cars on a given track to verify work done or verify a train list for a received train.
