Collias's Frisco Power contains two Killam photos of Everton that nicely capture the essence of the Frisco presence...a 22'-2" x 34-7" depot, which was built in 1881, a coal house, a depot closet(privy), a dual spouted water tank with an extension to reach the passing track. Everton was also a section headquarters, and an 1881-built, 2-story section house was located there. Two section car houses and a section house privy served the needs of the local gang. Historically the Frisco served a small grain elevator and received live stock from 71' x 64' stock pen.
Interesting information, Karl. Keep it coming. This is my "adopted" neck of the woods and I enjoy reading about the history of this area. Too bad so many of the industries and facilities in these small towns are long gone.
