This is an old brass top, and has no maker's marking. Guessing maybe an early Handlan, or Prior brass ? Top is brass, lid is stamped Frisco System, globe is cast Frisco Line.
Wow. Nice. I think (subjective word there) "Frisco Line" was used in the 1880's up until it was morphed into "Frisco Lines" (plural). So, the globe may be from 1880's... maybe.
