One of the old (1980's) Con-Cor Texas Special N scale train sets is up on eBay:

Besides being over priced (then and now) there are a bunch of things wrong with the set: E-8 (Instead of E-7's) locomotives lettered for "The Texas Special;" a baggage-dorm car; a dome car and "Wabash-Katy" on the presentation box to name a few. These sets would be a pretty good deal if you could get one for about $100 (They were $149 originally). Then you could do some re-detailing and touch-up painting to make a reasonably believable Texas Special train.

At the price this guy is asking, it would be a complete waste of money. Things would be so much better if someone would offer decal sets for TEXAS SPECIAL/METEOR lightweight cars to go with the Microscale locomotive sets.
