In Mike Condron's web site there is a photograph of Frisco Caboose SLSF 766. This is one of the Frisco built, steel frame, wood side and slant side wood cupola cabooses. This style car was spread through the non consecutive 001-999 number series. The 16th photograph down is dated as taken 10/1979 in Fayetteville, AR. The caboose is loaded on a flatbed trailer across the street from and just south of the Fayetteville depot. At this late date, I appears the caboose is in transit to a new location. It would be most unusual that this car would have been in service by the date of the photograph. Most, if not all, of the similar wood cupola cabooses of this design had been retired in the 1960s. Does anyone know the history, disposition or current location of this caboose? Hope this helps. Thanks! Mark
