    Hely Y'all,

I have a question for you: How many would be interested in Missouri & North Arkansas decals for passenger and freight? I'm working on a few freight, so I wanted to know your input. Please post your thoughts.

    Thanks!

Yes. I would purchase decals for any iteration of the Missouri and North Arkansas, Missouri and Arkansas, and, Arkansas and Ozarks. The earlier iterations might be a tad early for my efforts, though I would consider them as well.

Oops. "Earlier" being the Eureka Springs Railroad and Saint Louis and North Arkansas railroads...

I have a GE diesel awaiting A & O paint & decals and a sawtooth boxcar with M&NA heraldry. I look forward to whatever I can get.

I just received a clear photograph of a Missouri & North Arkansas 40 ft. flat car. Expect a decal of it!

    Hey Manny
You know I'm very interested in any M&NA decals. I model anywhere between 1910 to 1925 so you will get buisness from me for sure! I am a member of the Boone County Historical group in Harrison AR so I may be able to help you with some pics of equipment and I'm sure our editor will put something in the newsletter to help get the word out also. Of course I'll help anyway I can.

As of right now, I have two M&NA decals in artwork stages. One is a 50 ft. Box Car, the other is a 40 foot flat car. I have a gondola picture and will also be producing that one in a little bit. Please be patient as these take some time to prep and do. Anyone who supplies me with a prototype picture of an 1880-1920 car and I can do the decal from it, will receive one decal free. My way of saying thanks.

  10. I would be interested in several M&NA decal sets! Like the previous poster, I am in need of Arkansas & Ozarks decals as well. I have two 70 tonners just begging to finished.

Manny: Yes, I'm interested in M&NA decals.
Craig: Do you know a fellow named Tim Kubat (if I remember right) with the BCHS? We spoke several times. He probably knew more about M&NA freight than anyone. I think he lived across the line in Missouri.

    Manny,
I would be very interested in some M&NA/M&A/A&O decals of all types, freight, passenger and locomotive. I also spread the word on the M&NA Yahoo Group.

Hey Hap, yes I know Tim quite well, I'm an active member of the historical group in Harrison. A few years ago I had a fairly nice set of decals made for the A&O 70 tonners through a custom service. They turned out well except they made the separation stripe between the colors a little heavy but I can live with it, I had to have 25 sets made so I could proably be talked into parting with a few. decal sheet.jpg

Hi, What gauge are we talking? ...and are these the early or later lettering of the A&O? Thanks!:)

Oh sorry, they are HO scale and they are the later lettering with just the "Arkansas & Ozarks". here are a few pics; A&O bachmann 70 tonner 003.JPG A&O bachmann 70 tonner 004.JPG

You're welcome Hap and welcome aboard the North Arkansas Line Yahoo group!

Have you lived in Hot Springs very long? Do you know much about the history of some of the interesting railroads that were in your town? I find the history of the "Diamond Jo Line" that ran into Hot Springs quite interesting.
