Doubt it. I don't know the date of this photo, but I have never seen a photo of an orange and white FP7 fronting a passenger train. (unlike a handful of E8s, which, sadly, did). GS
This was a freight scheme, then, right? I always thought white was a terrible color for a locomotive paint scheme.
