Chris, The interlocking tower is an AMB kit "AMB LaserKit Interlocking Tower Model RailRoad HO Scale Craftsman Kit #702". It is an easy build and I thought it looked about right based on old photos from Columbus, KS. -Bob T.
Tom, Thanks for the comments. Yes, that makes sense as the plan is essentially one from Iain Rice and appears in MRP 2012 (MRR Special edition). Iain has created a number of small shelf layout plans with a similar feel. -Bob T.
