The Frisco Silver Dollar Line.

This is what I'd believe is the only REAL piece of Frisco history still alive. The Frisco Silver Dollar Line, built in 1960 by the Hershins family and soon tookin over by Frisco in laying of rail. The FSDL rosters 3 operaional steam locomotives and 2 on display. To steam fans, its HEAVEN!

Have any of the FRISCO fellows who helped get the initial track work laid written in? There was at one time a picture on the wall of the SDC station, showing my dad, the grandson of "Casey Jones" and a Silver Dollar City rep cutting the ribbon - opening the attraction. I think FRISCO section hands are the men who "got'er done".
