    My folks used up all the matches to light cigarettes, for heaven's sake! You'd think they'd recognize a collectible when it was right in front of them!

    I'd love to know how many of those they gave away. They still appear at every swap meet. Even here in Ohio. There is a red car also. The Frisco did all they could to encourage lung cancer. LOL

    I had about 10-12 boxes, all full in great shape, both red and yellow box cars. I had to give them away as our movers back in Sept, 2016, would not ship flammable matches. Rats!

    I have seen them in flea markets and antique shops nearly everywhere I have been. I'm willing to bet there were hundreds of thousands given away.

    Jeff, Are you wanting boxcar matches? I have 9 boxes, yellow box car. Check the Other tab in my FRISCO spreadsheet. It is posted in the Swap Meet forum where you found my HO STUFF spreadsheet.
