GP15-1 SLSF 107 Anyone have any good photographs of any GP15-1s lettered for the Quanah, Acme and Pacific (QA&P)? SG Production's video of "Ship It on the Frisco" has footage of the last QA&P train running in 1981. It shows SLSF 107 as BN 1382 with white QA&P letters under the numbers on the cab side. The caboose also has white QA&P letters below the logo. What other motive power beside this and GP7s were lettered for the QA&P? Thanks! Don
The QA&P lettering on 1382 was an ad hoc application done to commemorate the last train on the QA&P. A suitable decal alphabet set should do the trick. Hosfsommer's book has a decent photograph of the lettering.
