ETT and Public Timetable ?'s

I have a couple of questions regarding both Employee and Public Timetables.

In regards to the ETT's, did Frisco create any system-wide timetables after the year 1971? Everything I see on Ebay for post-71 seems to be for singular divisions.

Regarding the Public Timetables, what kind of information can be found in those? Are they just train numbers/names and times the trains arrive at a station, or is there more to them than that? In addition, are they typically systemwide, or do those too tend to be for singular regions/routes/divisions, or does it depend on the railroad/timetable(I think I've seen the generic term "Public Timetable" as well as region-specific ones)? This site has sparked my interest in Frisco's old passenger service, but I've never actually held public timetable, and didn't want to spend the money on one if its all the type of stuff I can find online quite easily.

The Frisco system employee timetable No. 1, October 17, 1971, was the last Frisco system ETT. In fact, it was one of the few Frisco system ETT's - usually they issued ETT's by division.

All of the Frisco public timetables I know of are system timetables. The Frisco never had enough passenger train routes to justify divisional PTT's. The PTT's show detailed timetables for the various passenger runs and give an indication of the equipment on each train, but also indicate freight-only branch lines showing mileage, stations, etc. There is little info on the railroad itself like is in an ETT - siding length, locomotive classes, rules, etc. But, the PTT also usually has fare information, plus a few cool advertisements for the railroad.

Ebay currently has about 15 Frisco ETTs listed for a wide variety of segments with dates in the 1970s.

I have a rather extensive collection of Frisco PTT's. I have really enjoyed looking at issue to issue to see what train schedule changes were made, etc. I have about 95% of the Frisco PTT's issued since 1925 - about 200 PTT's, plus several before 1925. I've been collecting them since my college days.

I have far fewer Frisco ETT's. To me, these are more about the railroad rather than about the trains. Thus, I just have a few over the years from each division so as to have a cross section of the info on specifics about the railroad.

That's just the way I do it.

eBay and railroad meets are good places to pick up Frisco timetables, both PTT's and ETT's, at reasonable cost.
