Missouri Oklahoma & Gulf trackage rights

I understand that beginning in 1910, the Missouri, Oklahoma & Gulf Railway exercised trackage rights over the Frisco from Baxter Springs, KS into Joplin. Does anyone know how long this agreement lasted?
