This unit has a smaller 1200 gallon fuel tank. Note the square spark arresters on the exhaust stacks on the roof. This is one of several units that lasted in black and yellow paint until retirement. This unit was retired and used as a trade in to EMD on 6/29/1977.
The locomotive is on the local working at Aurora, MO. The photograph is dated 6/1977.
