Passenger Traffic Department Bulletins

These bulletins were issued by the Frisco whenever significant schedule or consist changes took place. It is unknown (to this writer) when these bulletins were originated, but they were a fairly common publication in the 1940s and 1950s.

Does any reasonably complete collection or file of these bulletins or circulars exist? If not, perhaps a start could be made by compiling scans of individual bulletins that reside in various collections.
