SL-SF / GM&O Interchange Locations

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me if the Frisco and GM&O interchanged with each other in Missouri?

If so where and how etc

Immediately offhand, I would have to say that Saint Louis (via TRRA) would have been the only location. I'll have to double-check my 1943 Official Register and confirm.

I'll bet that they also interchanged at Kansas City.

Ken, excellent catch!

The 1943 ORER does note that the SL-SF interchanged at Kansas City, MO with the Alton. I was thinking the Alton-GM&O merger occurred sometime before the end of the war.

Outside of Missouri, the SL-SF had freight connections/junction points with the GM&O at:
-Aberdeen, MS
-Birmingham, AL
-Columbus, MS (via CofG)
-Memphis, TN
-New Albany, MS
-Tupelo, MS
