Chouteau Yard. This is from a Laclede Gas Co. map so you will have to excuse the writing across it.

This is another map which is East of Lindenwood. These is only a couple of things of interest on it, so I wasn't worried about getting a high resolution out of it to make a good post. If anyone wants a higher resolution of this, or any of these others, just let me know and we can figure out the best way to get it to you. I have all of these recent maps scanned in at a high resolution, and even breaking them up I have to scale it back to get it to fit.
Just wondered if you are any relation to either
John Howe or Eugene Howe who worked for Frisco.
If so, my dad knew them, he worked in Lindenwood
Yard Office with Gene for years. My dad was
Eugene Stahl and he died in 1973, so he did not
live to see the glorious Frisco name removed from
his office and now the office is gone too.

Patrik,
you posted the map "East part of Chouteau track" in 2003. This map shows Tower Grove Station too. Do you ha a map the contiues at the left side of this map and shows more of the Frisco-Mopac crossing. I want to add this to my St.Louis layout.

How can I get a copy of the high resolution map?

Hi carlena,
Lindenwood yard on the Frisco (now BNSF) is still in existance. It is located along I-44 near Shrewsberry. If you're on I-44 coming from downtown St. Louis, you can take the Arsenal St. Exit and then a left right turn at the top of the ramp to go over the yard.
