Was it the "meteor" that ran through Iantha MO? Just to end the confusion, that line was originally built by the KS, FT Scott & Memphis RR, today on the BNSF it's know as the FT Scott subdivision.

The main north/south bound trains were the "Kansas City-Florida Special" and the "Sunnyland." At the end of the passeger train era, the single train on the route was the "Southland." The "Meteor" ran on the St. Louis-Oklahoma line.
