Thanks so much for posting this. I have wanted to know what the speeds allowed were in the passenger era. Particularly since the recent thought on a St. Louis to Springfield service was brought up in Missouri.

(since they do not seem to be doing much for the state supported service that they do have, why are they thinking about something new?)
