Past couple days or so, when I go to save an Archive picture to my collection, Internet Explorer shows that is going to save the picture as "untitled" and as a PNG file? The only other option is to save it as "untitled" in bmp format. Typically, the pictures have detailed names and save as a jpeg. ???
Just tried in on Internet Explorer (at work) and it does try to save as untitled.png so I will check it with Firefox when I get home. We only have IE at work but I never use it at home. Charlie
Just tried it with Firefox and Chrome - no problems. So, it must be something specific to Internet Explorer. Charlie
I've experienced the same problems at work when trying to use Internet Explorer to "Save As" for images. Even when I tried using it as such on intranet sites for internal images, I ended up with the same error(s). Not so with Chrome; hence, I'll second Charlie's initial diagnosis that it's something specific to IE. George, thanks for the tip; I'll have to try that out and see how it works. Best Regards,
Whatever the problem, it seems to begin May 19 GP38AC 637 and older will "Save Picture As" properly as jpg with title The next photo, SD45 919, and all after, exhibit the "untitled" issue
