Charlie Dix "FriscoCharlie" brought up a good point in his recent posts about the number of people that model N sçàle. I thought it would be interesting to hear how many people model which sçàle. Some model more than one, so you may vote three times in the poll.

I model N scale, HO, 1:24 and 1:64. My primary scale is N, HO would be second, 1:64 would be third and 1:24 would be last. The 1:24 and 1:64 scales that I have are models of Indy style race cars.

HO for my KC Lines theme and the Colorado & Pacific (steam) theme. I also clicked "Other" for V scale. I mainly use V scale to model link n' pin era routes.

Curious, wonder why there's an asterisk beside the N scale line??

  7. I think there is an asterisk by the ones you voted for. Mine shows up by HO/large which is how I voted.

Yes, Steve is right. The asterisk indicates which scales you voted for.

Thanks! Makes sense, I did vote for N. Surprised there aren't more modelers on this site (any scale)!!?? Even "armchair" modelers or ones like me with just bare bones of a layout?? My "layout" isn't much more than a "test loop," but I still consider myself as a "model railroader!"

    Looks good William,
I like the looks of it. Is that a siding or a yard lead/track on the 1rst image?

That’s a great start. Now the fun begins (or should I say, continues).

Tom that is my staging area, I decided it should look good also. I have some details to yet put in that area.
That is to look like a area where they cleaned cars, those four tracks stub, and the short track is a programming track.
