Currently Tower 2 in the West Bottoms is brick, but an earlier versions pre-flood was wood.

I am putting this one in at the KCT crossing.

Does anyone have an educated guess of what color this tower would have been painted?

I'm not a rivet counter here, but if someone knows I will go with it. If not, probably go with white.

John, the only photos I've seen are black and white, on the Fallen Flags site, I believe.

If I recall, the photos seem to indicate more a two-tone: possibly a white and very light gray? I'm not sure I've seen color photos or if there were any "standard" colors for Kansas City Terminal frame structures.

At the very least, I think white's a safe bet. I wish Richard were still with us to confirm. Maybe Mark Davidson or one of the other KC Crew can advise.

Should be a fun model to build!

    Best Regards,
